By accessing or using sweetstone.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.

3. The Ridiculous Passport

SweetStone uses The Ridiculous Passport — a shared authentication system provided by ClaudeCard — to manage accounts. By creating a Passport account, you agree to ClaudeCard's terms as well. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Products & Purchases

All sales are subject to availability. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Public products (merch, apparel, accessories) are available to all eligible visitors.

Private/Vault products are available only to approved members who have completed age verification. Product availability and type may vary by jurisdiction. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a guaranteed legal status in your area.

5. Returns & Refunds

Apparel and physical merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Contact claudecard710@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Digital products, limited drops, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Vault Access

Access to the SweetStone Vault is subject to:

• Being 21 years of age or older
• Submitting a valid access request
• Admin review and approval
• Continued compliance with these terms

We may revoke Vault access at any time without notice for violations of these terms or at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the SweetStone name, logo, copy, images, and design — is owned by SweetStone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
